Random Number List Generator
About this tool
To generate a random number list, set the minimum and maximum range, choose how many numbers you need, and decide whether repeats are allowed. Tap Generate and the full list appears at once, ready to copy — using your browser's secure randomness for unbiased results. It's handy for sampling, multi-prize draws and bulk picks.
How to use it
- Set the range (minimum and maximum).
- Choose how many numbers you need.
- Turn repeats on or off.
- Tap Generate, then copy the whole list.
What can you do with it?
- Draws & raffles — pull several winning numbers in one go.
- Sampling — select a random set of rows, IDs or records for a fair sample.
- PINs & codes — generate a batch of numeric codes at once.
- Bulk picks — fill a worksheet or test dataset with random values.
- Assigning numbers — hand out unique numbers to a group with repeats off.
With or without repeats
Leave repeats on and any number can appear more than once, like rolling the same die many times. Turn repeats off and every number is drawn only once, so the list stays unique — ideal for draws where each number must be different. With repeats off, the count can't be larger than how many numbers fit in your range.
How it works
Each number is drawn with your browser's cryptographically secure randomness, so the list is independent and unbiased. Nothing is uploaded — the whole list is built on your device and ready to copy in one tap.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I generate a list of random numbers?
- Set your range and how many numbers you need, choose whether repeats are allowed, and tap Generate — the whole list appears at once, ready to copy.
- How do I generate a number list with no repeats?
- Turn off repeats and every number in the list is unique — for example a 1 to 100 list with no duplicates.
- Can I get numbers between 1 and 100?
- Yes — set any minimum and maximum, such as 1 to 100, and every number in the list stays inside that range.
- What is a random number table?
- A random number table is a grid of digits with no pattern, used in statistics to draw samples or assign people to groups. This generator does the same job on demand — set your range and count and copy the list.
- Is the result truly random?
- Yes. Each result uses your browser's cryptographically secure randomness (a CSPRNG), so every value is independent, unbiased and unpredictable.
- Is it free and private?
- Completely free, no sign-up. Everything runs in your browser, so nothing you type is uploaded.
