- Is the team split truly random?
- Yes. Names are shuffled with a cryptographically fair Fisher–Yates shuffle, so every arrangement is equally likely.
- Can I make teams of equal size?
- Yes. The tool distributes everyone as evenly as possible, putting any remainder into the earliest teams.
- Teams or groups — what's the difference?
- They work the same way: just pick how many to split into. For pairs use the Random Pair Generator; for head-to-head brackets, the Matchup Generator.
